5 traitsA lot of people ask me who or what is a Super Working Mum (SWM).

I remember when God gave me the name in 2011 I loved it but I didn’t understand the meaning then. Over time He began to reveal to me the real meaning of the phrase.

The “Super” in Super Working Mum is not a super woman with her cape flying about saving the world, rather it means trusting in the supernatural strength that God provides.

A Super Working Mum is one who trusts in the Super Natural power of God and not in her own abilities. She recognises that she can do nothing outside of her Source: God.

You will probably agree with me that every mother is a working mother. Whether you work at home, in the marketplace, whether you are raising your children or you have a job and it can be exhausting trying to handle everything. You can only do it properly through Christ.

Today I want to focus on 5 key traits every Super Working Mum MUST have if she wants to live a successful life.

Firstly what is a trait?

According to the dictionary, a trait is a characteristic, especially one that distinguishes an individual from others.

What are those things that differentiates you from every other women or mums out there? Are you one of a kind or are you just like everyone else? When people see you, do they see a difference. Do they ask you :”why are you so different?”….

  3. is the watchman of her house: more on that here
  4. delegates and she has a good support system: she does not try to do everything by herself
