Do I have to take part in everything?
To get the best out of the retreat we highly recommend that you participate in all our activities, also to encourage networking and making new friends, however you are not obliged to do all of it. The whole feel about our weekend retreats is very relaxed. It’s your time and your space and so you can do as much or as little as you like.
Who can attend?
Our weekend retreats are designed strictly for women and mothers. Our weekends are husband and children free zone 🙂
I’m not a Christian, is it for Christians only?
A lot of our content for the weekend is to motivate and inspire Christian women and mums in their walk with God, however you are more than welcome to come along to our retreats, join in the activities which we know you will gain practical insights from. But please know that you can join in as much or as little as you like. We usually have movie nights and general themed activities you can participate in. A copy of the exact agenda will be sent to you before the retreat so you can decide what you want to get involved in.
I live locally, can I just come for the days?
